Amen Angus Farms, Inc. is a diversified, family farm and ranching operation in Northeast Colorado.  Now spanning 4 generations, Amen Angus sits nestled in the South Platte River basin at about 3800 feet and specializes in maternal, profit-oriented seedstock.  Lewis Limousin, a branch of Amen Angus Farms, Inc. also supplies Limousin and Lim-Flex seedstock genetics.  This provides our customers with genetics that offer breed complementarity and heterosis for those seeking crossbreeding options.  Additionally, Amen Angus is a long-time Pioneer Seed area sales representative. 

Our goal is to produce registered cattle with optimal production traits that will succeed in diverse environmental settings.  We focus on placing the utmost importance on calving ease, fleshing ability, soundness, udder quality, longevity, docility & fertility, while at the same time not sacrificing performance and carcass merit.

We believe that solid maternal genetics are the avenue to creating predictable performance bulls.

We sell yearling bulls, replacement heifers and bred cows via private treaty.  This allows us a better opportunity to target genetics that meet the needs and goals of our customers in a low-pressure buying environment.
